Our fee for residential representation is $188.00 to file your appeal in a timely manner, gather the evidence needed for your case and attend your hearing.

At this time ,Faulkner Williams LLC. does not operate on a contingency fee basis for residential properties, where fees are calculated as a percentage of savings. It's important to exercise caution when considering companies offering such arrangements. Opting for a flat fee ensures that you retain all of your savings rather than giving up 40 to 50 percent of them per a contingency agreement. We find this does not benefit the residential property owner.

Our standard fee for Commercial Properties over 10 million is a 33.33% contingency of taxable savings. All other properties under this assessed value are mediated on a client by client basis.
